Seth Gadinsky
Seth Gadinsky entered the real estate business upon graduation with a Masters degree in Civil Engineering from M.I.T. in 1983. He also holds a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from Tufts University where he graduated Summa Cum Laude. Over the past 27 years he has developed, leased and operated shopping centers, large and small, and many single tenant projects for clients such as Walgreens, Starbuck’s and Blockbuster Video. He has also represented tenants in their expansion and consulted with owners to help bring retail projects to life on their property. He has also served as the Florida Board Chair for the Anti-Defamation League and currently chairs the Office for Engaged Creativity at Florida International University’s School of Architecture and the Arts. |

Justin Schultz
Justin Schultz entered the commercial real estate business in Chicago upon graduating from the University of Wisconsin at Madison in 1995 with a Bachelor of Arts degree. After spending 8 years in the Chicago real estate community as a net-leased investment property broker, Justin moved to south Florida to develop retail projects through a joint venture with Prudential Real Estate Investors. Since then Justin has been involved in the development and leasing of both single-tenant and neighborhood shopping center projects, as well as consulted owners of retail development parcels. |
